2. Refunds for Damaged Products
In the rare event that your product is damaged during transport, we may offer a replacement. Please follow the steps below:

- Evidence: Provide clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
- Replacement: If eligible, we will initiate a replacement. Transport charges for the replacement must be borne by the customer around 200rs to 1000rs varies upon product.
3. Refunds Process
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 days of approval.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
