Introduction

Welcome to Varam Industries Private Limited. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may request a refund or cancellation of your order.

Returns & Refund Policy

 1. Non-Refundable Items

   We do not offer refunds for the following:

• Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or provide refunds if you simply change your mind after making a purchase.

• పరుపు or any product cancel చెసి amount refund చేయాలి అంటే
  1. పరుపు or any product book చేశాక  cancel చేస్తే  10% Charges apply అవుతాయి.
  2. పరుపు or any product Packing చేశాక  cancel చేస్తే  20% Charges apply అవుతాయి, ఒకవేళ మీ పరుపు unsize ది అయితే కనుక (website లో  mention చేసిన size కాకపోతే) 50% Charges apply చేసి amount refund చేస్తాం.
  3. మేము పరుపు or any product transport లో వేసిన్నప్పటి నుండి మీరు receive చేసుకున్న తర్వాత return  చేయాలి అంటే 30% Charges apply చేసి balance amount refund చేస్తాం. ఒకవేళ మీ పరుపు unsize ది అయితే కనుక(website లో  mention చేసిన size కాకపోతే) 50% Charges apply చేసి amount refund చేస్తాం.

• Note: ఈ charges అన్ని  packing, transport, service కింద cut చేయబడుతున్నాయి.

• మీరు పరుపు or any product return చేయాలి అంటే Transport లో  మీరే పంపాలి, మేము పంపించినప్పుడు పరుపు ఎలా వుందో  మాకూ అలానే రావాలి. ఒకవేళ  transport లో మీరు పంపేటప్పుడు ఏదైనా  damage వస్తే charges  అదనం.

 2. Refunds for Damaged Products

 In the rare event that your product is damaged during transport, we may offer a replacement. Please follow the steps below:
(Transport లో మీ Product దెబ్బతిన్న అరుదైన సంఘటనలో, మేము product replacementని అందించవచ్చు. దయచేసి కింద వున్న stepsని follow అవ్వండి:)

•  
• Notification: Contact us at 9392912609 within 3 days of receiving the damaged product.
  (నోటిఫికేషన్: Damaged productని receive చేసుకున్న 3 days లోపు 9392912609 ఈ numberని contact అవ్వవలెను.)
• Evidence: Provide clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
  (సాక్ష్యం: Damaged product మరియు packing యొక్క స్పష్టమైన photos అందించండి.)
• Replacement: If eligible, we will initiate a replacement. Transport charges for the replacement must be borne by the customer around Rs.200 to Rs.1000 varies upon product.
  (Replacement: Eligible అయితే మేము Replacementని ప్రారంభిస్తాము. Replacement కోసం Transport charges customer రూ .200 నుండి రూ .1000 వరకు pay చేయవలసి ఉంటుంది.)

3. Refunds Process

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 to 7 working days of approval.
  (Refunds, applicable అయితే  2 నుండి 7 working daysలోపు process చేయబడుతుంది.)
• The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  (మీరు money pay చేయడానికి వాడిన original payment methodలోనే amount refund అవుతాయి.)

Cancellation Policy

 1. Cancellation Window

• ఏదైనా changes ఉంటె 1 hour లోపు మాకు inform చెయ్యాలి .

• పరుపు or any product cancel చెసి amount refund చేయాలి అంటే
  1. పరుపు or any product book చేశాక  cancel చేస్తే  10% Charges apply అవుతాయి.
  2. పరుపు or any product Packing చేశాక  cancel చేస్తే  20% Charges apply అవుతాయి, ఒకవేళ మీ పరుపు unsize ది అయితే కనుక(website లో  mention చేసిన size కాకపోతే) 50% Charges apply అవుతాయి

 2. How to Cancel an Order

• To cancel an order, please contact us at 9392912609 or [email protected] with your order details.

3. Cancellation Fees

•  10% cancellation charge will apply, If you cancel after booking the mattress or any product.
• 20% cancellation charge will apply, If you cancel after packing is done. If the mattress is unsize mattress(Different from the sizes mentioned on the website), then a 50% charge will apply, and the balance will be refunded.
• 30% charge will apply, we have dispatched the mattress or any product through transport, if you want to return it after receiving. If the mattress is of an incorrect size (different from the size mentioned on the website), a 50% charge will apply, and the balance will be refunded.
  Note: All these charges are deducted under packing, transport, and service costs.
• If you wish to return the mattress or any product, the transport charges for sending it back must be borne by you. The mattress or any product must be returned in the same condition as when we dispatched it. If any damage occurs during return transport, additional charges will apply.
