మేము గ్యారంటీ ఇవ్వము కాని నాణ్యత ఇవ్వడంలో రాజీపడము.
మేము Guarantee ఇవ్వకపోయినా Guaranteed product ఇస్తున్నాము-
మేము Best quality ఇవ్వటమే కాకుండా మీరు Return చేయవలసిన అవసరం లేకుండా చేస్తున్నాము . పరుపుకి Future లో కూడా ఎటువంటి Problems రాకుండా Solutions ఇస్తున్నాము. Example –
1)పరుపు అనేది తడిచిన,లేదా Latexని ఎండలో పెట్టిన చెడిపోయిద్ది. so మేము పరుపుని ఈ problems నుంచి protect చేయడానికి Topper, protector ఇస్తున్నాము.
2)అలాగే పరుపులోకి bacteria వెళ్లకుండా ఉండటానికి Elastic bedsheet ఇస్తున్నాము.
3) Special zipcover bed protection కోసం ఇస్తున్నాము.
4) అలాగే పరుపుని ఎలా వాడుకోవాలి అని Guidance ఇస్తున్నాము. ఈ జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకుంటే పరుపు చెడిపోదు. మేము మా Quality మీద నమ్మకంతో ఇస్తున్నాము.
1. మాకు Guarantee కోసం పరుపు రేటు పెంచే ఉద్దేశం లేదు. Guarantee ఇవ్వకపోయినా guaranteed product ఇవ్వటమే మా Target.
2. Transport లో ఏదైనా damage అయితే major problems అయితేనే transport మేము పెట్టుకుంటాం, minor(చిన్న చిన్న వి) అయితే transport మీరు పెట్టుకోవాలి. ఎందుకంటే మేము transport charges అదనంగా charge చేయటం లేదు.
3. కేవలం ఏదైనా ఒక Accessory లో problem వస్తే, Mistake ఎవరిదైనా , return transport charges customer భరించాలి
4. Product weight లేదా Size లేదా Density లో, Accessories size లేదా GSM లో -5 to +5 తేడా రావచ్చు.
Note:- Major Problems అంటే 5% కంటే ఎక్కువ వున్న problems, Minor Problems అంటే చిన్న చిన్న వి- 5% లోపు వున్న problems.
5.Cloth item ie. accessories వాడిన తర్వాత color shade అయినా, shrinkage అయినా, damage అయినా ఎటువంటి Guarantee లేదు. (Cotton Cloth ఏదైనా సరే After Washing 5% shrinkage అయ్యే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది)
Return చేయాల్సిన పరిస్థితి వస్తే మేము చేసిన packing as it is గా చేసి మళ్ళి transport పంపించాల్సిన బాధ్యత customerది.
మీ product high density, low price లో ఇవ్వడానికి కారణం ఏమిటి?
ఒక్క product తయారు అవ్వాలంటే raw material, దాని transport అలాగే production cost( direct expenditure, indirect expenditure) కలిపి advertisement and service charges ఇవన్నీటితో మరియు guarantee charges తో మీ product బయటికి వస్తుంది.
కానీ మేము raw material, దాని transport అలాగే production cost( direct expenditure, indirect expenditure) ఈ 3 మాత్రమే add చేస్తున్నాము ,advertisement, service charges and guarantee charges add చేయడం లేదు. మా పరుపుల price reasonableగా, Quality ఎక్కువగా ఉండటానికి కారణం అదే.
మీరు అడిగారని మేము కూడా Guarantee ఇస్తే-
1) ఒకటి price అయినా పెంచాలి, లేదంటే return తీసుకునేటప్పుడు ఏదో ఒక వంక అయినా చెప్పాలి.
2) ఇవన్నీ maintain చేయడానికి మాకు ఒక team కావాలి .so maintainance కి cost పెరుగుతుంది అందువలన మేము rate పెంచే situation వచ్చిద్ది.
3) మావి అన్ని heavy weight పరుపులు.Transportation చాలా ఎక్కువ అవుతుంది.Return ఇవ్వాలంటే ఆ Transportation చాలా చాలా ఎక్కువ అవుతుంది. (Triple అవుతుంది)
ఒకవేళ కంపెనీ price పెంచకుండా, ఎటువంటి సాకులు చెప్పకుండా (bend అయింది,తడిచింది,ఎండలో పెట్టారు, అర అంగుళం దిగింది, బెడ్ మాసిపోయింది అనే సాకులు) , మాలానే జాగ్రత్తలు చెప్తూ, మాలానే quality ఇస్తూ ,మాలానే accessories ఇస్తూ,మాలానే fixed price ఇస్తూ , మా price కే ఇస్తూ, మాలానే service ఇస్తూ, ఏదైనా నమ్మకమైన కంపెనీ ఉంటే నిరభ్యంతరంగా అక్కడే తీసుకోవచ్చు. ఇది మా విన్నపం మాత్రమే.
